Edit existing school-level accounts

School Admins can manage accounts for others, including bookkeepers, teachers, boosters, and other fundraiser organizers. You can also create a new account.

1. In the top-right corner, hover over the down arrow, then click Settings.

2. Under Account Management, select the type of account you want to edit.

3. Do any of the following:

If you selected…

Then…

Teachers

Do any of the following:

To view a teacher's personal Public Page, click the view icon.
To turn a teacher’s access on or off, use the toggle.

Note: Teachers with their access turned off will still be attached to the school but won’t be able to log on until their access is restored.
To edit the user information, click the edit icon. A pop-up appears.

a. Make any changes you want.

b. Click OK.

School Admins

Do any of the following:

To set the user as a sub-admin, turn on the toggle.

Note: When this toggle is turned on, this user can manage school-level user accounts.
To allow the user to approve fundraisers, turn on the Approve Emails toggle.

Note: When this toggle is turned on, this user can approve fundraisers for the school.
To edit the user information, click the edit icon. A pop-up appears.

a. Make any changes you want.

b. Click Submit.

Boosters

Do any of the following:

To suspend the account, click the Suspend toggle. You can reinstate the account at any time.
To edit the user information, click the edit icon. A pop-up appears.

a. Make any changes you want.

b. Click OK.

Financial Account (Bookkeeper)

Note: Only one Financial Account (Bookkeeper) can be added.

a. Click the edit icon. A pop-up appears.

b. Make any changes you want.

c. Click OK.

PTA

Note: Only one PTA account can be added per school.

Click the edit icon.

A pop-up appears.

a. Make any changes you want.

b. To change the password, under User Credentials, select the checkbox. A new field appears.

c. Enter the new password.

d. Click OK.
